Dr. B. R. Ambedkar High School (8th grade to 10th grade) began in the year 1973 and was granted Aid in the year 1981. Presently, 131 students, including 31 girls, are studying in the school. Efficiently run by the management and 15 staff members (including the Headmaster R. Vittala Chary), the institution has both English and Telugu as its mediums of instruction. As a part of the government scheme, the school also provides free mid-day meals to the student community. Besides this, the management ensures that the students get nutritional supplements to prevent malnourishment. The staff are supportive and encouraging to aid student performance and skill.
