Dear Friends, I am delightful to write this message for Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Educational Institutions Monthly News Letter, Second Edition.

Continuing the spirit of our Founder Chairman Sri GADDAM VENKAT SWAMY GARU we have a committed and supportive management under the able Chairmanship of Sri G. Vivek Venkat Swamy garu, Sri G. Vinod garu and Sri Saroja Vivek garu and dedicated Teaching Staff, caring and cooperative parents which blend harmoniously to create a child centered institution offering value based and quality education.

We feel proud that our institution is focusing at the overall development of the child, perseverance emphasizing on moral values, tolerance, empathy, cooperation, collaboration, discipline, respect, diligence, perseverance, pro-active choices, nutrition, physical and artistic developments by igniting the young minds and molding them into a good citizens. We need to customize the opportunities to develop leadership qualities, cooperation skills and shared experiences including those that encompass feelings of both success and failures. Success comes to those who work hard and stays with those, who don’t rest on the laurels of the past. Good leaders are made not born. If you have the desire and will- power, you can become an effective leader.

According to academic analysis, the youth of future generation are going to be more prone to violence and deviant behavior. This deteriorating   trend is a matter of great concern to parents as well as teachers. We are all aware through media reports of incidents of abuse, self-inflicted violence, violent outburst depression, violence using social media and on-line forms. Dear students, you should always remember that, the people of fine character live by theirvalues are honest and are committed to truthfulness in thought, word and deed. True character thus encompasses the capacity for self – discipline.

Hope that students can expose their literary and artistic talents, achievements in curricular activities and academic excellence & performances by faculty are highlighted through the column of this newsletter. I congratulate the entire editorial team for their hard work and dedication that has resulted in the publication of this newsletter.

Individually and collectively let’s work to serve the cause of education for the betterment of coming generations so that they live in a world where “Knowledge is free and the head is held high”, where “The world has not beenbroken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls” and “The clear stream of reasoning has not lost its way”.

“Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all” – Aristotle. Let our students grow as a world class citizens – a generation of eminent thinkers and wise planners, contributing to a better world order, that exactly is our wish, and that exactly is our dream.

 “WITH ALL GOOD WISHES”
